hairstyle tribute: the bun!


My hair has started to grow out, and I don't have a hair appointment scheduled until next week. As a result, my go-to hairstyle lately has been a bun! It is chic, cute, and really simple. I usually braid the sides and tuck them into the bun, or tease my bangs and create a little pouf on the top of my head. I love that with such a simple style, there are still so many options!

    Wow this hairstyle is very pretty :)
    Well when my hair grows out... it's still very short so I guess I can't do anything with it except waiting to go back to the hairdresser lol! I like short hair, goes well with me :)

    I love buns but when my hair starts to grow out, the look I go for the most is definitely just plain loose hair. Maybe braids too because when my hair is short they just do not look very nice, haha. I bought hair extensions recently and I'm so amazed with my hair long that wearing it down is my favourite thing.

    Wish my hair was long enough to do one of these chignon style buns :( I don't like the extension/hairpiece ones cos the texture is way too shiny barbie hair to blend with natural hair.
